This site was started when Silas was born on 04-10-06. He had complications and was placed on ECMO, a heart/lung bypass machine. He spent his first 7 weeks at Legacy Emanuel NICU in Portland, OR fighting for his life. This is his story of survival and the continuing saga of the Kyne's as told through the eyes of Mom and Grammy. I am so glad you are alive and that you are so vibrant. You are a fantastic little girl and I wait with baited breath to see what things you will accomplish in your life.
